In Kyiv Ayala fitted out the elite Paradis du Vin wine boutique, on two floors, with expansive custom made displays and storage racking in American cedar wood along with a tasting room and private bar area.

Avenues Kuwait

Interiors International was the selected fit-out contractor for both the Prestige Mall and the Grand Avenue at the Avenues in Kuwait, one of the largest shopping malls in the Middle East region.

The Grand Avenue on the other hand is a 500 meter long street lined with palm trees and covered by an ETFE roof creating the illusion of an outdoor space within a controlled environment. The street scene comprises almost 40 individually designed facades creating the feeling of London's Oxford Street or the Champ Elysees in Paris albeit with some Middle East touches. Interiors International was tasked with creating authentic facades, importing materials from around the world to achieve as much realism and variety as possible. The Grand Avenue houses as many as 100 stores, street cafes and restaurants and is one of the most successful malls in the region.

Gulliver Business Center and Shopping Mall

Interiors International developed design of the entry group to the Gulliver Business Centre. Interior is performed with veneered panels and floors from natural stone. Reception area is made in panels with contemporary geometric pattern.

Also Interiors International developed design of Atrium in shopping and entertainment zone. 8-level Atrium resembles of the projects completed in Dubai, Hong-Kong and London. 4 elevators in Atrium are cladded with natural stone and glazed. The major point of interest is a 20-metre chandelier in the centre of the Atrium.

Shopping Arcade Kharkov Palace

Boutiques gallery is located at Premier Kharkov Palace. Contemporary design of the ceiling and shops facades go well together with the geometric pattern floors made of natural stone. Shopping arcade is performed in warm colours with contemporary lighting.

Louis Vuitton / CARTIER
